SBS modified bitumen waterproof membrane is a high-performance material made from premium bitumen modified with styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) elastomer, reinforced with a polyester mat. It combines the elasticity of rubber with the waterproofing properties of bitumen, offering excellent low-temperature flexibility, elongation, and fatigue resistance to accommodate structural movements and cracks. The membrane is available in thicknesses of 3 mm and 4 mm, with surface finishes including polyethylene film, aluminum foil, or fine mineral granules to suit different application environments and functional needs. It can be installed using torch-on or cold-adhesive methods, ensuring strong and reliable seams. Widely applied in roofing, underground works, tunnels, and bridges, it provides durable and long-lasting waterproof protection.
