On May 30, leveraging the momentum of the BRICS Technology Transfer Conference, a delegation from Souphanouvong University of Laos, led by President Dr. Vinath Mekthanavanh, visited the company for exchanges upon invitation by Xincheng Waterproofing Chairman Liu Guanlin.

Under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative, both parties discussed technical cooperation and talent cultivation in the field of waterproofing materials, focusing on development opportunities following the opening of the China-Laos Railway. Xincheng Waterproofing Chairman Liu Guanlin, Professor Wang Jiaxiang (Dean of the Waterproofing Materials Research Institute), and Senior Expert Advisor Liu Guangzong led the executive team in warmly receiving the delegation, initiating a cross-border strategic dialogue.

Subsequently, from the perspective of the company's global strategy, both parties reached a strategic consensus on the "China-Laos Friendship Scholarship" project jointly initiated by Xincheng Waterproofing Joint College and the local government. They also engaged in in-depth discussions on five core areas of cooperation: joint laboratory construction, talent cultivation, industrial base development, standard mutual recognition, and cross-border testing, collectively outlining a new blueprint for China-Laos technology transfer.
